BARBECUED CHICKEN AND STUFFING 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. stuffing mix
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn

Cook chicken and onion on both sides in hot oil in large skillet. Add water, barbecue sauce and butter; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in stuffing mix and corn; let stand 5 minutes.
