2 eggs, 1 for omelet or other for meatball
5 oz. Chinese vermicelli (starch noodles)
2 tbsp. flour
Dash shredded chili pepper

MIXTURE "A":

1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
Dash of pepper

MIXTURE "B":

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
