DELICIOUS BREAKFAST DISH | |
10 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Beat flour with eggs until smooth. Add baking powder and salt. Add: 1 lb. med. sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz. can dried green chilies You can use hand beater or blender to mix. After mixed, add to the above and blend altogether. Melt in 9x13 inch pan or dish, 1 stick butter until all is coated (either on top of stove or in oven). Pour remaining butter left into the main ingredients. Pour in prepared 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut in squares. Goes great with fresh fruit cup. |
