GREEN BEANS WITH HORSERADISH 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp. horseradish
1 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 med. onion, whole and peeled
6 strips bacon
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Salt, pepper, garlic, celery, onion salt to taste
6 (16 oz.) cans Blue Lake Whole Green Beans

Mix all sauce ingredients. Cover undrained beans with water. Add onion, bacon, salt and pepper. Cook 30 minutes over medium to low heat. Drain thoroughly and top with sauce before serving.

May also be served cold as a salad or may be added to green salad. This is great for a crowd and nice to take to potluck dinners.
