LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked, drained
2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
1/2 lb. Velveeta thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover, simmer 30 minutes. In 9 x 13 pan, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese; repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
