CAESAR POTATO SALAD 
1 egg
1/4 c. low-calorie Italian dressing
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 med. cooked potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 pitted ripe olives, sliced

In a large bowl, with a wire whisk, beat together egg, Italian dressing, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt until well blended. Add potatoes and olives and toss to mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
