SHERBET CAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 qt. rainbow sherbet, or favorite ice cream
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Make the angel food cake and cool. Slice the cake diagonally in 3rds. Put 1/2 of the sherbet on that layer. Put the 2nd layer of cake on top of that and put the rest of the sherbet on it. Put the remaining layer of cake on top. Cover the whole cake, sides and top with Cool Whip. Cover and put into the freezer.
