TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. grated carrot
1 1/2 tsp. prepared dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. no salt added tomato sauce
2 egg whites
6 tbsp. no salt added ketchup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except honey and ketchup. Pour mixture into 7 or 8 inch loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, until firm and brown on top. Combine honey and ketchup and spread evenly over top of loaf and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with additional no salt added ketchup if desired.
