INDONESIAN PORK 
1 onion, diced
1/4 pkg. bacon, chopped
Leftover pork roast
1/4 - 1/2 head cabbage
2-3 green onions, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown and drain bacon. Add onion and saute. Chop leftover pork roast and heat. Lay on top the shredded cabbage and steam. To rice add BBQ and soy sauce, then lay rice on top of cabbage. Steam 10 minutes. Toss and serve.
