HAWAIIAN CHEESE BALL 
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. pecans
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Soften cream cheese. Drain crushed pineapple. Make sure its drained well. Press between 2 paper towels to remove excess juice. Combine with cream cheese, green peppers, salt and 1 cup pecans. Chill for 2 hours. Roll into ball and roll ball in remaining cup of pecans. Spread on Triscuit and get ready to hula!
