DRUNK CHICKEN 
8 boneless breast of chicken
8 slices ham
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. sour cream (1 pt.)
1 c. sherry

Fold chicken around slices of ham to fit. Mix soup, sour cream, sherry and pour over. Bake in shallow casserole in 250 degree oven for 4 hours. If necessary, simply add more sherry. This can easily be halved or doubled.
