1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 sticks cinnamon (broken) or 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place these ingredients in top of percolator. In bottom of percolator put 1 quart apple juice or apple cider and perk.
