1 beef brisket
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Place in cooking bag and marinate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Slice across the grain and serve with the meat drippings for a sauce.
