WHITE BREAD 
2 tbsp. (or pkg.) dry yeast
1/4 c. honey or sugar
2 1/2 c. very warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. dried skim milk (powdered milk)
7 to 8 c. bread flour

Mix all ingredients, except for 3 cups flour. Mix until well mixed with a beater or spoon. Combine adding flour until very smooth and firm. Cover and allow to raise until doubled in bulk, about 2 hours. Shape into 2 large or 3 small loaves. Allow to raise again until double, about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
