GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH 
2 slices bread
butter, softened
1 slice Velveeta cheese

Spread bread lightly with butter. Put 1 slice of bread, butter side down, in 8-inch skillet or griddle. Put cheese on bread. Put other slice of bread, butter side up, on cheese. Cook over low heat until bread is light brown. Turn sandwich over with pancake turner. Cook until cheese melts and bread is light brown. Serve with jellied cranberry sauce, if you like. 1 sandwich.
