SAUSAGE ROLL 
DOUGH:

2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. hot water

Mix and stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Knead it slightly.

SAUSAGE MIX:

1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, grated
5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 raw egg

Fry sausage, drain and cool. Blend in raw egg and cheeses. Roll out dough in rectangle. Spread sausage mix. Roll up as you would a jelly roll. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden.
