1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
