COCONUT CREAM CANDY | |
1/2 c. sweet cream 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. coconut Combine cream, sugar and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook to 238 degrees for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and coconut. Cool and beat. Pour onto a buttered platter. |
