SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter
3 lb. squash
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. bread crumbs

Cook and drain squash. Mash. Add 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 of the bread crumbs, 2 eggs and all other ingredients. Stir and put in casserole dish, add other half of bread crumbs and other half of butter. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
