FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
Dash of salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, combine sugar, cream of tartar, water, and salt. Cook until bubbly. In small bowl, combine egg whites and vanilla. Add the sugar mixture slowly while beating at high speed. Beat until peaks form, about 7 minutes. Will frost 2 layers.
