FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, combine sugar, water and cream of tartar. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Mix egg whites until they peak. Stir sugar mixture slowly into egg white while beating. Approximately 7 minutes.
