2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) broccoli, chopped
1 egg
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped
Pepperidge Farm stuffing - herb or pork flavor

Cook broccoli and drain. Place in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine egg, mayonnaise, soup, cheese and onion. Put on top of broccoli. Put stuffing on top of that. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
