ITALIAN BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 1/4 c. water
1 can green beans
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Place beef in 3-quart microwave casserole. Break up with fork. Cook on high 6- 8 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Cover, cook on high 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
