ITALIAN HAMBURGER 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. can Italian flavored tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet until done. Add tomato paste and cottage cheese. Simmer, stirring constantly, until cottage cheese has melted and blended with other ingredients. Place mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and biscuits. Bake until casserole is bubbly and biscuits are brown, at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes. 4 servings.

NOTE: I pre-brown my biscuits slightly to allow the bottom to become firm before placing them on the casserole.
