APPLE CRISP 
6 tart apples
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Peel, core and slice apples. Spread apples evenly in rectangular glass baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place butter in small glass bowl and soften in microwave (low for 45 seconds).

Mix melted butter with sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon. Spread over the apples. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Do not cover while cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
