2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together in 13 x 9 inch pan. Press into sides and bottom of pan. Bake in 400 degree oven until it browns. Take out of oven and chill.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

In separate bowl: 3 c. milk, cold
