CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce

In mixing bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press half the mixture into bottom of an 8" square baking pan. Cover with cranberry sauce, spreading it evenly. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until browned.

Remove from oven to wire rack and let cool before slicing into squares or serve while still warm, topped with ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Yield: 8 servings.
