1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1/4 c. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can pineapple, drained
2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Blend milk, egg, and lemon juice. Mix in Cool Whip, pineapple, coconut, and pecans. Pour in 2 graham cracker crust and chill.
