MICROWAVE APPLESAUCE 
3 c. peeled, cored and sliced cooking apples
1/4 c. apple juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 sugar substitutes
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

Combine apples, apple juice and lemon juice in 1 quart microwave casserole. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until very tender. Stir once during cooking time; add sugar substitutes and cinnamon. Stir until applesauce is smooth. Serve warm or cold. 2 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
