MICROWAVE APPLESAUCE 
6 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In 2 quart microproof casserole, mix apples, water and lemon juice. Cook, covered, on High 10 to 12 minutes, or until apples are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve warm or cold. 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
