CHEESE SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. nuts
20 marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in 4 cups water, then take 1/2 of Jello, put in top of double boiler, add cheese and marshmallows; cook over hot water until dissolved; cool until partly set.

Then add whipped cream, nuts, and pineapple. Take the other half of the Jello and put about half of it in a pan 8 x 12 inches; let set, then put cheese mixture on top of it. Let set; then put rest of Jello on top.
