BAKED CHICKEN BREAST | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 sm. jar dried beef 12 pieces boneless chicken breast 1 c. sour cream 12 bacon strips In large casserole, cover bottom with dried beef. Wrap chicken breast with bacon. Arrange breasts on top of beef. Make a sauce of sour cream and undiluted mushroom soup. Pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Do not cover unless it begins to brown too much. |
