CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chives
1 env. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
8 oz. cooked ground turkey
4 oz. grated cheese
2 c. cooked rice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan combine all except turkey, cheese and rice. Simmer over medium heat until veggies are tender. Stir in turkey, 3 ounces cheese and rice. Pour mixture into a 9" or 10" pie pan. Evenly sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
