LEMON PUFFS 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. sifted flour
1 lemon

Combine sugar, flour and egg yolks; mix well. Add juice of lemon and the grated peel. Beat egg whites to a stiff froth and mix all together. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet; bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven and serve warm.
