PEA CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 (4 oz.) pimentos, drained
16 oz. pearl onions, drained
4 oz. mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour. Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
