COCONUT, CHOCOLATE, BUTTERSCOTCH
COOKIES
 
These are excellent, nice and chewy!

1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. With mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add crumb mixture, mix well. Stir in chips, coconut and walnuts. Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2-3 minutes, remove.

Makes about 40 cookies.
