POOR MAN'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer all ingredients in a frying pan for 8-10 minutes on a VERY LOW flame. Do not burn garlic. Serve sauce over well-drained vermicelli. Cover with Romano cheese.
