CINNAMON BUNS 
1 packet active dry yeast
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. hot milk

Put ingredients in bowl in order as above. Beat at speed 3 for 3 minutes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Grease 12 muffin cups with half the butter.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon in each cup. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Brush tops with remaining butter, then sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Cover; let rise in warm place for 30 minutes or until light. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Makes 12.
