TUNA SOUFFLE' SANDWICHES 
8 slices bread, crusts removed
1 can flaked tuna
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sliced stuffed green olives
1/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. paprika

Place 4 slices bread in greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine tuna, celery, green pepper, mustard. Spread on bread. Top with olives and cheese. Cover with 2nd slices of bread. Combine eggs and milk, pour over sandwiches. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
