TOM AND JERRY'S 
6 lg. egg whites
6 lg. egg yolks
1 lb. powder sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 drop cinnamon oil (optional)

Beat egg whites until stiff and egg yolks until thick. Fold together egg whites, egg yolks, powder sugar, vanilla an cinnamon oil.

1 oz. brandy
1 oz. rum

Fill cup half full of above batter. Add boiling water or milk to fill cup. Sprinkle with nutmeg. I use a stick of cinnamon to stir.
