CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 pie crust
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt, dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Slowly brown beef with onion and green peppers. Stir in salt, pepper, oregano, cooked rice and tomato sauce. Pour into a casserole dish. Add milk to egg; stir in seasonings and cheese. Place on meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
