1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 eggs 3 slices bread (wet and then squeeze most of the water out) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 lg. slice Mozzarella cheese, diced 2 shakes Accent Crumble bread. Mix ingredients thoroughly (until bread disappears). Form into small balls. Brown in heavy skillet, over low fire. Cook 2 packages lasagna noodles (by package directions). FILLINGS: 1 lb. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated 14 oz. cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. sugar Cream until smooth and blended well. In 9 x 15 inch pan cover bottom with sauce, one layer over lapping of noodles, layer of filling, scatter meatballs, layer of sauce, Mozzarella cheese and sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. For each layer use this order, ending with sauce and cheese on top. Dot with butter. |
