SPINACH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients above. Form into desired sized balls. Brown quickly and lightly. Place meatballs in casserole dish. Top with the following sauce: 8 oz. tomato sauce 1/4 c. dry red wine 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine and heat on stove first, then pour over meatballs. Microwave 10 minutes or so. Or in conventional oven until heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
