1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

350 degree oven. 8 inch square pan.

Cream butter, sugar, and egg. Add vanilla and beat thoroughly with electric mixer at high speed. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder; stir in. Beat few minutes longer until well blended. Spread in greased pan. Sprinkle on nuts, chips, and coconut. Place marshmallows evenly over top. Bake until marshmallows are slightly brown. Top with icing, if desired.
