MARINATED VEGGIES 
4 stalks fresh broccoli
8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med.-sized green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

1. Remove flowerettes from broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces. Reserve stalk for other use.

2. Combine flowerettes, mushrooms, celery, and cauliflower. Toss lightly.

3. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over vegetables.

4. Chill at least 3 hours. 10-12 servings.
