CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
1 stick of butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 oz. bread crumb stuffing mix (not Stove Top)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from cooking the chicken)

Cut chicken into small pieces. Melt butter and saute onion in it until tender. Add stuffing mix and combine. Put half of the stuffing mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and broth, pour over stuffing mixture then cover with remaining half of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
