PETITE CHEESECAKES 
18-24 vanilla wafers
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) cherry or blueberry pie filling

Place foil baking liners into 18-24 muffin cups and put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner. With mixer, whip cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs, blending one at a time. Fill each liner 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Before serving, top each with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
