CHOP-STICK CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
3 soups cans of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Put rice in baking pan. Add soup, onion dip mix, and water. Place chicken in pan, skin side up. Brush with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
