CHOP STICK TUNA OR CHICKEN 
1 can tuna or 1 cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. celery, cut up
1/2 c. cashews
2 c. chow mein noodles

Mix soup and water; add tuna (or chicken), celery, onions, and 1 cup noodles and nuts. Put in baking dish. Put 1 cup noodles on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
