1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Kellogg's Special K
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Place sugar and syrup in saucepan, cook until it boils. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, mix well, then add cereal. Melt chips in pan on top of stove and spread evenly over cereal mixture that is already in a 9x13 pan. Let cool and cut into bars and serve. Very Good!
